If the provider feels they need more information, they will set up an appointment via text message.
We will need to verify your identity, so you will need to upload a government issued I.D. and take a selfie during the questionnaire. This is very easy. Once you complete the questionnaire, just wait for your acknowledgement and your medication.

Connect with your Doctor
Your provider will evaluate your medical questions and determine if medication is appropriate for you. If appropriate, they will prescribe the medication you suggest in the questionnaire.
